Since 2010, Sherwin-Williams has been selecting a Color of the Year to help pros offer customers guidance in the latest paint color trends. To celebrate the 15th anniversary of Color of the Year, they’re doing something different for 2025.
“This celebration could not be confined to just a single pivotal hue,” says Sue Wadden, Sherwin-Williams Director of Color Marketing. Instead, they’ve gathered the most essential colors from the entire Sherwin-Williams collection – including Colormix® Forecast favorites and some of their brightest whites as well as classic and cutting-edge colors.
“With our 2025 Color Capsule of the Year, you can introduce your customers to colors chosen by our experts to be both on-trend and timeless, guiding them toward the ones that suit their space and style,” Waddens says. “Each design aesthetic has its own characteristics, but our Color Capsule of the Year can be curated to stand out with any style. We wanted a modern, fresh take on color, with a balanced and usable assortment of shades.”
