Strategic use of social media can help you reach great candidates
who are outside of your personal network. Encourage your crew to share updates about openings on the team. Post job openings on your company’s social media channels.

3. Spot potential – think out of the box
As you go about your day and your path crosses with someone just starting out in the workforce in any capacity (restaurant, retail store, etc.) and they impress you with their positive attitude and work ethic, ask them to think about becoming a painter!
